1. Data we collect
Account details you enter: full name, username and password (stored securely). The email address and basic profile (name, picture) shared by Google or Apple when you choose to sign in with them. Order details: payer name, payer mobile number, your device Machine ID and the payment receipt image you upload. Service requests: your name, contact details and the description you send. Reviews: the name and comment you post. To limit spam we keep an irreversible hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
2. How we use your data
We use your data only to run your account and sign you in, issue license keys for the Machine ID you submit, check payment receipts, answer service requests and give you support. From Google or Apple we receive only what is needed to verify your email address: we do not read your emails, contacts or any other data from them. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. General terms of use
Your data is protected with industry-standard security, and each customer can access only their own account and orders. We keep account and order records while your account is active and as long as needed for license support. You can ask us at any time, through our official contact channels, to correct or delete your account and data. We may update this policy: the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. Using this website also means you agree to our Terms of Service.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات الحساب التي تدخلها: الاسم بالكامل واسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ بشكل آمن). عنوان البريد الإلكتروني والملف الشخصي الأساسي (الاسم والصورة) الذي تشاركه Google أو Apple عند اختيارك تسجيل الدخول بهما. بيانات الطلب: اسم المحوِّل ورقم موبايله ومعرّف جهازك (Machine ID) وصورة إيصال الدفع التي ترفعها. طلبات الخدمة: اسمك وبيانات التواصل ووصف طلبك. التقييمات: الاسم والتعليق الذي تنشره. ولتقليل الرسائل المزعجة نحتفظ ببصمة مشفّرة غير قابلة للعكس لعنوان IP (وليس العنوان نفسه).
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم بياناتك فقط لتشغيل حسابك وتسجيل دخولك، وإصدار مفاتيح الترخيص لمعرّف الجهاز الذي ترسله، ومراجعة إيصالات الدفع، والرد على طلبات الخدمة، وتقديم الدعم الفني لك. ونحصل من Google أو Apple على ما يلزم فقط للتحقق من بريدك الإلكتروني: لا نقرأ رسائلك أو جهات اتصالك أو أي بيانات أخرى منهما. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض الإعلان. ويلتزم استخدامنا للمعلومات الواردة من Google بسياسة بيانات المستخدم في خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.
3. شروط الاستخدام العامة
تُحمى بياناتك بمعايير أمان معتمدة، ولا يستطيع كل عميل الوصول إلا إلى حسابه وطلباته. نحتفظ بسجلات حسابك وطلباتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً وطالما احتجنا إليها لدعم التراخيص. ويمكنك في أي وقت أن تطلب منا، عبر قنوات التواصل الرسمية، تصحيح حسابك وبياناتك أو حذفها. وقد نُحدّث هذه السياسة: يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة، واستمرارك في استخدام الموقع يعني موافقتك على التحديث. كما أن استخدامك لهذا الموقع يعني موافقتك على شروط الاستخدام.
